📅 1. Appointment & Teleconsultation Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with Dr. AM Thirugnanam, either in-person or online, under the following terms:

✅ Free Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

❗ Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

🎓 2. Event, Webinar & Conference Cancellation Policy

For workshops, webinars, and international cardiology conferences hosted by Dr. AM Thirugnanam or his team:

✔ Cancellation by Participant:

Full refunds are issued if cancelled 7 days prior to the event.
50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the event.
No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the event.

🔁 Event Rescheduling:

If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances:

Your registration will automatically apply to the new date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, a 100% refund is guaranteed.

❌ Event Cancellation by Organizer:

If the event is cancelled from our side due to technical or operational reasons, all paid participants will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days.

🧾 3. Refund Process and Timeline

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
Processing time: 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
For international refunds, currency conversion charges (if applicable) may apply.
