What to send in advance

A consultation is far more productive when the imaging arrives first. Where possible please attach or bring:

Coronary angiogram images — the full study on disc or as a shared file, not stills
The most recent echocardiogram report, with ejection fraction and valve gradients
ECGs, ideally including any recorded during symptoms
Recent blood work: haemoglobin, platelet count, creatinine and eGFR, HbA1c, lipid profile
A current medication list, naming the antiplatelet agent and the date it was started
Discharge summaries or catheterisation reports from any previous procedure

Consultations and procedures take place at TX Hospitals and Virinchi Hospitals, both in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Please confirm the location and time when your appointment is arranged, as clinic sessions alternate between the two.
